WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED?
In the unfortunate circumstance that the event is cancelled, all ride tickets will be refunded.
IF I AM SICK AND CAN'T GO, WILL I GET REFUNDED FOR RIDE TICKETS?
If you have COVID symptoms and obtain a COVID test, you may apply for a refund.
DO I NEED TO BE FULLY VACCINATED FOR COVID19 TO ATTEND?
People 16 and over will need to show evidence of double vaccination for COVID19 on entry to the event.
CAN A TICKET BE PURCHASED AT THE ENTRANCE GATE?
All entrance tickets to RURBAN Kilmore are to be purchased online prior to arrival, via https://www.trybooking.com/BUTFU
HAS THE RURBAN KILMORE BEEN REGISTERED WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES (DHHS)?
Yes, this event has been registered and approved as a Tier 2 level event via https://www.coronavirus.vic.gov.au/register-your-public-event, accompanied by a COVID Safe Event Plan.
WILL THE EVENT CONTAIN ANY FORM OF ZONING FOR PATRONS?
Yes, there are three zones:
- Family zone
- Extreme zone
- Market zone
Staff will be monitoring numbers within each zone. You will be able to move between zones freely. However, if the number of people in a zone has reached the maximum capacity, there may be a delay in entering.
HOW MANY ENTRY/EXIT POINTS DOES THE VENUE HOLD FOR GUESTS?
There are two separate entry and exit gates.
HOW WILL CONTACT TRACING BE REGULATED?
Contact tracing details will be taken (Name, Email and Contact number) before entry into the event (no contact details = no entry) via Eventbrite, along with a QR code system.
WILL ALL GUESTS BE REQUIRED TO SCAN A QR CODE?
Yes, all guests will be asked to scan the event QR code before entering and be required to answer all questions.
WHAT IF A GUEST IS UNABLE TO SCAN THE QR CODE?
If a patron is unable to scan the QR code (i.e. older phone, no phone), we will have COVID Marshalls onsite who will have the ability to record the details of these guests manually.
ARE GUESTS REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS?
Mask wearing requirements for the event will follow government directions at the time. All patrons will be required to carry a mask in the instance that they cannot socially distance.
WILL GUESTS BE REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING?
Yes, social distancing standards must be maintained. They will be supported with clear lines identifying 1.5 metre clear zones in front of every patron where applicable.
WILL HAND SANITISER BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS?
Yes, hand sanitiser will be supplied via dispensers for all patrons to use on entry and throughout the entire event.
WILL THERE BE A COVID MARSHALL PRESENT?
Yes, dedicated COVID Marshalls will be deployed to ensure that all COVID regulations are adhered to by guests and vendors/contractors. COVID Marshalls trained in PPE + COVID safe procedures will be monitoring crowds and social distancing.
WILL CLEANING OCCUR DURING THE EVENT?
Yes, cleaning staff will regularly clean touch points, toilet facilities and eating areas throughout the event.
